| This new addition to Brunkalla Violins offering of fine string instruments carries the same fine craftsmanship, tonal excellence, playability, and elegant Tung Oil finish as his bowed instruments. Based loosely on the globally recognized Gibson F-5 design, this mandolin has the power and clarity that Brunkalla violins are known for. The plates, tone bars, and finally, the whole assembly are carefully tuned for optimum tone, evenness, and sustain. Martin's unique finishing method allows the instrument to speak to its full potential, while at the same time providing excellent protection and showcasing the beautiful woods. |
| Brunkalla instruments are set-up prior to leaving the shop, and fret true all the way up the neck. To date, the most common comment regarding playability has been "it's too easy". Price as shown, with Price tailpiece and Waverly tuning machines is $5,200.00 USD and includes a lightweight case.
